Role Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist and Pharmacy Liaison, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Eastern US Market. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support, training, and guidance to maximize the value of our compounding systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing timely solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our customers are fully equipped to use our compounding systems effectively.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to our compounding systems, and share your knowledge with our customers.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Continuous Education: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, and share your knowledge with our customers to ensure they're always ahead of the curve.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and adoption rates, and provide regular reports to our management team to inform business decisions.
Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
- Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for resolving issues and optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience.
