Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when applicable
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
- Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
- Availability to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
- Basic knowledge of payment processing and related products
Desired Skills and Capabilities
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
- Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
- Works under close supervision
