Essential Qualifications:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong customer service and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

To become an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor

• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Availability:

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
