Job Summary

As a Customer Support & Data Processing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving order issues, and processing customer account records. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Process and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Perform data processing tasks including entry, verification, and updates.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using online platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service or data entry experience is an advantage but not required—training provided.
