Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by:
- Resolving product and service inquiries over chat, phone, and email
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting arenaflex products and services, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, iCloud, and Apple IDs

Requirements
