Job Summary

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for owning the customer onboarding and migration experience, working closely with internal stakeholders, teams, and third parties to ensure seamless project delivery. You will focus on delivering regional and global projects, utilizing arenaflex project documents and following the SID implementation process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams are completed, documenting any risks, actions, and follow-up items
  • Designing the work breakdown structure and resources required for the project, defining roles and responsibilities internally and externally
  • Ensuring all client requirements have been adequately understood and documented for onward teams to action
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring scope and approach are understood and aligned/signed off by all stakeholders
  • Creating a positive, happy, and fun environment internally and externally to drive partnership and project success
  • Managing project performance, ensuring project status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly communicated
  • Determining project call structure and managing Stakeholder calls
  • Attending and contributing to team calls, sharing experiences, ideas for process improvements, and supporting others as needed within the team

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for working directly with customers and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Travel industry experience (candidates with other relevant experience will also be considered)
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to motivate a project team and manage under pressure
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing, negotiating, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate accountability and hold people accountable
  • Commercial awareness and strong relationship building skills

  • A competitive national annual base salary range of $70,000 to $140,000
