As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, assisting with orders, addressing product issues, and delivering swift, helpful solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular training and team meetings
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and use various online tools and systems
  • Quiet, distraction-free home work environment
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

* 1+ year of customer service or call center experience

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
