Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building relationships with customers
- Assist customers with post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, and backorder inquiries
- Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and communicate trends in customer interactions to leadership
- Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
- Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure
- Listen actively to customers and use expertise to explore products and encourage purchases
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload) via a hard-wired Ethernet connection
