Key Responsibilities

- Provide Real-Time Support: Communicate with customers through arenaflex's live chat platform, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist with Tracking and Delivery: Help customers track their shipments, address billing questions, and resolve delivery-related concerns. - Access Shipment Details: Use arenaflex's internal systems to access shipment details and customer account information. - Maintain a Professional Tone: Ensure that every chat conversation is conducted in a professional and friendly tone. - Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions and ensure that all inquiries are followed up and resolved.

Qualifications

- Residency and Work Authorization: Must reside in or near Mesa, AZ, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. - Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience or live chat support is preferred. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially in writing. - Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment. - Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
