Role Overview

As a Live Chat Representative, you will interact with customers via live chat, offering real-time solutions to their service inquiries. Whether it's tracking packages, answering questions about delivery status, or addressing billing concerns, your role will ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and maintaining a professional and friendly tone throughout all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Real-Time Support: Assist customers via the arenaflex live chat platform, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. - Address Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding package tracking, delivery statuses, and billing, providing accurate and up-to-date information. - Resolve Customer Issues: Use arenaflex's internal systems to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring complete resolution and a positive customer experience. - Maintain Professional Communication: Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout all customer interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. - Document and Follow Up: Document and follow up on all customer communications to ensure complete resolution and to prevent future issues.

Qualifications

- Residency and Work Authorization: Must reside in or near Fresno, CA, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. - Experience: Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. - Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills and typing proficiency are essential for success in this role. - Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating different software platforms and systems, including arenaflex's internal systems. - Remote Work Requirements: A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace are required for remote work.
