Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with their pharmacy benefits, insurance claims, and prescription questions. You'll respond to incoming calls, address concerns, and ensure a smooth, caring experience for all callers. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear guidance - Basic computer proficiency, especially in remote communication tools and software - Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center is a plus, but not required - Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable working from home in a virtual environment
