Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Input and Organize Passenger and Scheduling Data: Accurately and efficiently process passenger and scheduling data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Check for Inconsistencies and Resolve Data Gaps: Identify and resolve inconsistencies and data gaps, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete.
• Update Tracking Sheets and Record Logs Accurately: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking sheets and record logs, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and retrievable.
• Maintain Digital Contact with Support Staff: Communicate effectively with support staff through digital channels, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Strong Typing and Computer Skills: Proficiency in typing and computer skills is essential for this role, as you'll be working with a variety of software applications and systems.
• Resides in Pittsburgh or Surrounding Areas: You must reside in the Pittsburgh area or surrounding areas to be eligible for this remote opportunity.
