We're now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Support Agent to join our team in North America.

The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming requests from arenaflex customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements
  • Escalating incidents to our Operations team
  • Creating tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center
  • Being the advocate of our customers across all products
  • Investigating and replicating bugs or testing new features
  • Collecting feedback and channeling it back to our product team for improvements
  • Sharing our passion for professional sports and delivering the best service possible

Requirements

* Available evenings and on weekends

  • Background in sports and/or technical support
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

* Love helping clients and solving problems

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Excited to be working in a fast-paced environment, including the option to work on weekends and shifts
  • The ability to work independently and stay on top of things
  • Love technology and sports!

Compensation and Availability

* $17/hour

  • The hours of this position will vary depending on the season
  • 15-20 hours/week - weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Location

* Remote position in North America. You will report to the Director of Customer Support, based in Malmö, Sweden.
