Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, chat, or email. You will assist customers with questions about products, orders, and account management, and resolve complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions in arenaflex's systems and staying informed about updates to products, policies, and tools.
