Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while also providing a positive and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experience and revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (preferably in the travel or airline industry)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on time management and prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on time management and prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
