Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes while providing top-notch customer support. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Entry:
+ Input and maintain data accurately into arenaflex systems + Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough verification and validation + Meet performance targets related to data entry speed, accuracy, and quality
Customer Service:
+ Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat + Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner + Process orders and handle billing inquiries + Maintain and update customer records + Assist in creating and improving customer service processes + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Additional Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Previous Experience in Customer Service:
