Remote Work Arrangement

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on weekends, with a schedule that includes alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour shift. This arrangement allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
  • Assisting pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinating with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and claimant information in multiple systems
  • Adapting to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear responses
  • Strong written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills are nice-to-haves for this role.
