Job Summary
As a Customer Survey Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for conducting online surveys, engaging with survey participants, and analyzing survey results to present meaningful insights to our research team. You will work collaboratively with our marketing team to promote surveys and increase participant enrollment, while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct online surveys and questionnaires to collect feedback from teenagers and kids
- Engage with survey participants in a friendly and professional manner to encourage their participation
- Assist in the development and improvement of survey questions to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Monitor survey responses and data collection to maintain quality standards
- Analyze survey results and present meaningful insights to the research team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote surveys and increase participant enrollment
- Address participants' inquiries or concerns regarding surveys and rewards promptly

Essential Skills and Qualifications
