The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, resolving patient inquiries, and initiating payment plans for outstanding balances. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple resources to resolve issues and maintaining performance goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals and become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality service
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
- Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed)
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
