Job Description

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of advisors who provide exceptional support to our clients. Your goal will be to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, while building trust and loyalty with our customers. You'll work proactively in a fast-paced environment to monitor client orders, resolve issues, and provide coaching and feedback to your team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage advisors responding to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching to support advisors in meeting client needs and company objectives
  • Support career development of advisors through regular feedback and performance discussions
  • Conduct side-by-side observations and quality assurance reviews
  • Analyze trends and historical data to identify performance gaps and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with HR and senior management to address employee issues and develop solutions
  • Respond to escalated client care requests, inquiries, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

in customer-facing and management roles

Strong problem-solving skills

and ability to think critically in a high-speed environment

Proven ability to close performance gaps

and navigate multiple software applications and technologies

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to provide timely and constructive feedback

in a fast-paced and complex environment

Essential Qualifications

* At least 3 years of experience in customer support or management roles

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Experience with quality assurance and performance metrics
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
