Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our contact center platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Development and Improvement of our Contact Center Platform: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve our contact center platform, ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and support specialists.
- Driving the Adoption of Third-Party Solutions: Develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform, identifying and implementing third-party solutions that enhance the customer and specialist experience.
- Partnering with CS Functional Teams: Work closely with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance the customer and specialist experience.
- Managing Integrations and Adoption of Product Features: Manage integrations and adoption of product features, working closely with engineering, data science, and third-party solution providers.
Responsibilities in Detail
As a Product Manager, Customer Service, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
- Defining strategy, capturing requirements, prioritizing features, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and communicating plans.
- Collaborating with global teams to understand regional support expectations and design experiences that meet those needs.
- Embodying the unique arenaflex culture, prioritizing a customer-obsessed and innovative approach.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for customer service and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on consumer or internal-facing products.
- Proven ability to make data-informed decisions and drive projects that quantitatively improve customer and specialist experiences: A strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving projects that improve customer and specialist experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships cross-functionally: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, as well as a focus on customer care, is highly desirable: Experience working with contact center as a service (CCaaS), customer platform as a service (CPaaS), unified communications as a service (UCaaS), and customer relationship management (CRM) products, as well as a focus on customer care.
