Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer care team as a Remote Customer Care Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide high-quality assistance and support via phone, email, and chat. Job Description

In this role, you will engage with customers to address their inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide information regarding flight schedules and policies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in resolving customer issues and maintaining arenaflex's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Assist with booking and modifying reservations
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, policies, and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Availability to work under 4 hours per day
