Job Summary

As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, determining member needs, and providing appropriate solutions. You'll utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues. As a liaison between arenaflex customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, you'll operate multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Determine member needs and provide solutions, including answering general arenaflex and product questions, and researching complex situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries
  • Offer compensations as necessary and operate as a liaison between arenaflex customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of 14-day training course
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, and excellent communication skills required
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong background in customer service, including excellent communication skills, prompt friendly service, and excellent follow-through

  • Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems, demonstrate learning and decision-making skills, and strong time management skills
  • Bilingual capabilities a plus

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $20.50 - $30.90 per hour

  • Part-time schedule: 24-40 hours per week
  • Evening shift
