Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing after-hours support to triage urgent clinical needs of patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Assisting local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals and ensuring accurate information collection
- Meeting standardized performance metrics for calls and referrals
- Communicating coordination of care information with team members, patients/caregivers, referral sources, and home health agencies
- Delivering quality customer service during all interactions and maintaining organized file systems for document tracking and patient management
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school graduate or GED required
- At least one year of previous call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to promote a compassionate, caring, customer service-oriented culture
- Knowledge of computerized information systems
- Dedicated workspace that is quiet and free of distractions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Three years of related healthcare experience
