The Role

As a Remote Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer messages promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their queries. You'll be assigned to a specific business and will have the support of a chat supervisor and access to extensive resources to help you excel in your position. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and our flexible scheduling options will allow you to work at a pace that suits you.

Rate:

$35 per hour

Required Skills/Background:

+ Basic English skills + Reliable internet connectivity + A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

Availability:

Minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Location:

Remote work globally (United States preferred)
