We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven CRM Manager to lead our customer lifecycle campaigns, from onboarding to reactivation. As a senior CRM professional, you will develop and execute targeted multi-channel campaigns, manage segmentation, and create a compelling promotional roadmap to drive retention and lifetime value. Your expertise in testing and optimization will continuously refine campaign performance, ensuring seamless and effective customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and shape the entire end-to-end customer lifecycle journey, covering onboarding, conversion, engagement, churn reduction, and reactivation
- Oversee continuous segmentation and analysis of the customer database to inform targeted campaigns
- Design and execute loyalty programs to drive customer retention and loyalty
- Develop and execute highly targeted campaigns tailored to specific audience segments
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to produce creative materials for all CRM activities
- Establish strategies to optimize the frequency and timing of communications across multiple channels
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on performance and trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM or retention roles within the online gaming, social gaming, or related industries
- Proven success in customer journey management, promotions, creative development, segmentation, and email marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
- Solid analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience using email marketing platforms and automated CRM systems
- Native or fluent proficiency in English, with a strong understanding of the US market and customer behavior
