Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining organized filing systems for digital documents to ensure seamless access to critical information
- Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars to support marketing efforts and business objectives
- Providing timely communication with team members to ensure effective collaboration and project management
- Preparing and coding orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing
- Assisting in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette and a positive customer experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma and above required
- An experience in data entry/CSR is preferred, but fresher candidates are also welcome to apply
- Knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and a keen eye for detail
