Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of healthcare data within our SAP system. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Management: Enter, verify, and manage critical healthcare data in SAP for patient records, inventory, and billing. Ensure data accuracy and quality by performing regular audits and implementing data validation processes.
- Data Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with healthcare teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Data Reporting and Analysis: Support data reporting and analysis efforts as needed, providing insights and recommendations to improve data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance data management and reporting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Experience: At least 4 years of experience in data entry, preferably within healthcare or SAP systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and quality in data entry and management.
- Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

Job Type and Schedule
This is a contract position with a flexible schedule, including:
- 8-Hour Shifts: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Day Shift: Day shift, with some flexibility to accommodate evening or weekend work as needed.
- Remote Work: Work from home or a remote location, with regular check-ins and collaboration with the team.
