Job Summary
We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month temporary opportunity with a large local company. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our client's customers during late-night hours. After completing in-person, daytime training, you'll transition to a remote opportunity, working from the comfort of your own home with all necessary equipment provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to our client's customers during late-night hours
- Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift
- 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Experience working with emergency outages and critical situations
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in other software applications, such as CRM systems or helpdesk software
