Job Duties

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding inbound calls: You'll be responsible for answering customer calls and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we expect you to provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for our customers.
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment: You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Scheduling service appointments: You'll be responsible for scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed.
  • Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information: You'll need to gather and update customer and vehicle information to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns: You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives.
  • Conducting outbound calls: You'll be required to conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
  • Adhering to company direction: You'll need to strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A quiet workplace, free from distractions: You'll need to have a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and interruptions.
  • High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection and a compatible wired headset to ensure that you can work effectively.
  • Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute: You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately to meet the demands of this role.
  • Previous customer service experience: We require previous customer service experience to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Schedule/Availability

We're looking for individuals who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You'll need to be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
