Role Description
As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into arenaflex's FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems with attention to both accuracy and speed. You'll also provide exemplary community and resident support via telephone and email, ensuring that our partners and their teams receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
• Interpreting and entering of prescription orders: Accurately interpret and enter prescription orders into our pharmacy systems.
- Profile-only data entry: Enter profile-only data with precision and speed.
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service: Respond to phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to our partners and their teams.
- Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally: Monitor emails and messages and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues: Investigate and resolve community and resident issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Adjudicating insurance claims: Adjudicate insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.

- Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy: Foster a collaborative environment and promote our company philosophy.

Requirements
• Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management: Possess a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare data entry or medical record management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois: Be certified and licensed as a pharmacy technician in Illinois.
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus: Possess knowledge of FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack systems.
- Timely and accurate data entry skills: Demonstrate timely and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work effectively with others.
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, with exceptional customer service skills.
