Experienced Customer Experience Specialist – Remote Flight Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Leverage your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations regarding flight schedules and the effectiveness of our customer service strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends and address customer needs related to flight schedules and service delivery
  • Use your judgment to provide recommendations and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to airline partners and their customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation and customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, assessment, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as business, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline. Alternatively, two additional years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing the customer experience
  • Optional: Relevant certifications or coursework
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
