Job Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with order placement, product questions, and account-related issues, demonstrating empathy and patience to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Research and resolve customer issues using available resources and systems, collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
