Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

Amazon Account Management:

+ Manage and update Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, inventory monitoring, and customer inquiry responses. + Ensure accurate and timely updates to Amazon seller accounts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Data Entry:

+ Perform accurate data entry tasks, such as inputting product information, prices, and descriptions. + Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms and systems.

Order Processing and Inventory Management:

+ Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations. + Identify and resolve any issues related to order processing and inventory management.

Market Research and Analysis:

+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, driving business growth. + Provide insights and recommendations to arenaflex's management team to inform business decisions.

Administrative Support:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace. + Experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
