Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for driving success in our operations by monitoring service levels, managing operational KPIs, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with our US ERC Workforce Management team to ensure effective management of incoming and outgoing phone, chat, and email volumes, and develop strategic plans to optimize peak readiness and headcount hiring. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring adherence to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
- Managing operational metrics, including service levels, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, to meet daily targets
- Collaborating with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Mentoring and developing fellow team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Providing insights and recommendations to drive business success and improve metric performance
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
