Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting and selling air travel, and ensuring a safe travel experience for our passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Promote and sell air travel to the public or freight forwarders
• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpret authority's rules and regulations for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times
• Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers
• Protect company properties and revenue
• Ensure a safe travel experience for our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
• Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
• Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
