Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Management Team Lead to join our arenaflex team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the creation, maintenance, and rollout of our Data Management capabilities, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable Data Management and data quality standards, and will be responsible for developing and implementing data management workflows, standards, processes, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the creation, maintenance, and rollout of arenaflex's Data Management capabilities

• Develop and implement data management workflows, standards, processes, and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable Data Management and data quality standards
• Work with our Data Management Leadership Board to define and monitor key metrics and KPIs
• Research, review, and recommend new software and technologies to improve data management processes
• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and data management professionals
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data management processes are aligned with business objectives

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or data management
• Experience implementing data management capabilities in an organization
• Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Working knowledge of SQL and data management tools, such as data visualization software and data quality tools
• Experience with data management software, such as data governance and data quality tools
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts and data management professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field

• Certification in data management or data analytics, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Experience with data management software, such as data governance and data quality tools
• Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
