Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic specialist to play a vital role in our retail customer service and sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

Precision Data Management:

Accurately input, maintain, and manage critical customer information, sales orders, and customer inquiries across various systems. This includes ensuring data integrity and identifying/correcting any discrepancies.

Customer Service Excellence:

Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. You will be empowered to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Order Processing & Support:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to efficiently process sales orders, track shipments, and provide customers with updates on their purchases. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive ordering experience.
