About the Role: Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary voice of arenaflex, providing unparalleled customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. You will leverage your technical aptitude, creativity, and enthusiasm to connect with customers, understand their needs, and empower them to get the most out of their arenaflex devices. You'll be a key contributor to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a community of arenaflex enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Customer Success: Be the go-to resource for customers seeking assistance with arenaflex products and services, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of arenaflex devices and operating systems (iOS, macOS, Windows, Android), utilizing your problem-solving skills and our established troubleshooting workflows.
  • Client-Focused Communication: Adapt your communication style to effectively engage with diverse customer personalities, ensuring clarity, empathy, and a positive rapport.
  • Product Knowledge & Advocacy: Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's product ecosystem and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Remote Collaboration: Thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment, demonstrating self-direction, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date on the latest arenaflex technologies and best practices.
  • Data Management & Security: Accurately document customer interactions and technical details while adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet business needs, including availability for various shifts throughout the week and occasional weekend coverage.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including a minimum typing rate of 40 words per minute and a commitment to providing high-quality customer interactions.
  • Professional Workspace: Maintain a quiet, ergonomic workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/3 Mbps upload, under 150ms latency) and the required arenaflex-provided hardware.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Foundation: Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university in the U.S., with an anticipated graduation date by December 2025 or later. Majors in technology, business, communications, or related fields are highly preferred.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 2.7 GPA preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and a willingness to develop expertise in technical troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Remote Work Readiness: Possess a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Training Commitment: Ability to attend nine weeks of required part-time virtual training on a structured schedule, including weekends (summer training schedules may vary).
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including three or more shifts per week between 4:00 p.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, and one eight-hour shift on the weekend (primarily Saturdays) between 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST.
  • Successful Background Checks: Successful completion of a pre-employment evaluation and record verification.
