Responsibilities

As an Apple Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their Apple devices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to hardware, software, and applications across the Apple ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, this part-time position includes:

  • Flexible work schedule with availability to work approximately 3 shifts per month.
  • Ability to work between 7:00 a.m. GMT and 8:30 p.m. GMT, including weekends and holidays.
  • Potential for flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Essential Requirements

* Successful completion of initial training.

  • Availability to attend approximately 3 shifts per month on a regular schedule.
  • Flexibility to work between 7:00 a.m. GMT and 8:30 p.m. GMT, including weekends and holidays.
