Roles and Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing live chat support and resolving their inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions. You will be responsible for:
- Providing live chat support by answering inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions
- Logging into our chat application each night and interacting with customers, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing their experience with prompt and accurate responses
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Contract and Compensation

- Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements
To succeed as an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you will need:
