Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Work At Home Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales upgrades and product positioning
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

Candidate Qualifications

We're looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills. If you're a team player with a positive and enthusiastic outlook, we want to hear from you! To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
