Key Responsibilities

As a Back Office & Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Comparing data with source documents to detect errors and ensure accuracy
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying data for entry, maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs (e.g., Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • High school diploma or equivalent (12th Pass or Graduate)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
