Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving inquiries, and providing innovative solutions to their concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as needed
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
- Meeting sales objectives as defined by our team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Work from Home Requirements
As a remote Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist, you'll need to meet the following work from home requirements:
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
- ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
