Job Summary
As a Content Strategist - Customer Advocacy Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing customer advocacy content that meets marketing objectives, including interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and defining compelling storylines. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital and sales enablement, including reading, writing, revising, and building deliverables. Your administrative tasks will include managing team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop customer advocacy content that meets marketing objectives, including: + Interviewing customers to gather insights and stories + Authoring creative briefs that outline the customer's success story + Defining compelling storylines that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital and sales enablement, including:
+ Reading and analyzing customer feedback and success stories + Writing and revising content to ensure accuracy and consistency + Building deliverables, such as case studies, whitepapers, and social media content
- Manage administrative tasks, including:
+ Coordinating team huddles and priority alignment + Reporting on project progress and results + Communicating with stakeholders and team members + Project coordination and organization
Requirements
* Experience in Customer Marketing or Customer Reference programs, developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals, including channels, audience, content types, and messaging, with a digital-first mindset
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
