We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our customer marketing efforts on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. Job Summary
The successful candidate will design and implement customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy. This is a unique opportunity to build a cohesive program that has a measurable impact on our business. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that drive loyalty, expansion, and advocacy
- Create communities based on customer interests and levels of engagement
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell/upsell and amplify customer success stories
- Develop and execute revenue-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable results
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing
- Ability to understand customer business goals and translate into marketing programs
- Proven success in establishing communities and creating advocates
- Revenue-driven mindset with experience in delivering results-driven marketing programs
- Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Essential Qualifications

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer marketing
