Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing a deep understanding of consumer deposit products and educating customers on their features and benefits.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrating expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
  • Preferred experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
  • Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, such as mobile services and online banking services.

  • Experience with banking software and systems.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
