Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Interaction Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts

  • Working independently in a remote setting, utilizing provided steps and instructions to resolve customer queries efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ hours of availability per week
