Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to lead customer programs that drive business outcomes and accelerate growth through transformational professional services programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, driving results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue.
  • Leading business outcomes, articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
  • Collaborating with arenaflex account teams to develop unified account plans and pursuit plans.
  • Establishing executive relationships, securing sponsorship and support for programs.
  • Building internal networks with critical organizations, including account teams, Partner teams, Global Services, Finance, and Legal.
  • Delivering on annual bookings and revenue targets, aligning deal structures with customer goals and arenaflex business objectives.
  • Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a cloud technology or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and growth through strategic customer programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications in business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with arenaflex or similar cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and solutions.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic customer transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
