Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of customer inquiries
- Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and working a set schedule and structured day

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual opportunity available)
- High-speed internet connection and a self-provided computer or laptop (Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years)
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
- Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
Training and Development
We're committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Paid training period with required attendance and participation
- Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
